I joined a party a few days back and got sneaky (thanks Bob888).

However I occasionally run into a special spawn (no 'evil presence' notification) and it is strong AF.

I've run into this like 6+ times since my initial sneaky (before I've never done sneaky, and have never run into this). Same char, same climb. Am I sneaky cursed?

That's probably Four Corners you're running into

Ahhh haven't done this one yet, but I'm guessing it has to do with strong AF monsters in each corner. And I've only done sneaky that one time, so can't really tell the difference tbh but thx for response

1st corner = 1 AF EP
2nd = 2 AF EPs
3rd = 3 etc
4th = 4

So... check your objectives what are activated, if 4 corners is, just avoid the corner if you can as you climb/explore.

The good news is if you kill it you usually get lvl 40-55 gear that you can sell.

The bad news is it’s tough AF.

The good news is unlike sneaky you can kill it with a melee weapon.

The bad news is if you go after a second corner they spawn 2 four corner monsters with both being super strong and most likely the 2nd one will heal up the first one.
