Just an easy question ... if item os overspawn, it can be overspawn for more than just 1 lvl higher, e.g. magic luck tier III that is max at 3, can be spawn higher than 4?

I have seen as high as 6 EES on tier III charm ...

Not anymore. Overspawns can spawn with 1 tier higher stats

Unspawns do not spawn anymore. They were from previous versions of the game

a long long time ago it was possible to spawn items which significantly higher rolls. However these no longer drop and therefore are called "unspawns".

Overspawns can only be found with magic luck, other than an interesting case where there's a 16 EES item running around: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=84528302&f=273 (max including the expected "+1" overspawn would be 15)
So just 1 tier higher, so tier 3's can get overspawn with tier 4 stats. Any item which is higher than this is an unspawn.

The 6 EES tier III charm maybe be an Unspawn (made before Muting changed), I don't think that is an Oversapawn.

Normally an Overspawn is 1 Tier more... so 3 EES max on Tier III and Overspawn = 4 EES maximum.
