Topic Title: User "Vault" Display Link

When you (User) are NOT playing Ladder Slasher and want to "View" item(s) in your "vault" from your "Profile" you should be able to. Same as viewing your items in your Marketplace from your profile. Even if your Vault has expired.

Please note that the "Vault" is like the "MP" of that User, it can NOT be viewed if you are NOT the User via their Profile.

Pros/Cons: Player(s) decision... like the MP for a user, you can link it for "trading" threads, as for the "Vault", maybe link it for "Guild" reasons... transfers, skillable items etc... there are a myriad ways it could be used.

I voted for "Popcorn", why not, it is tasty.

Yup, was drunk typing it out last night.

Did not realize other people can view MP by a Users' Profile. Yup, just tested it and damn. Makes those sentences pointless.
