Just to verify the question in more detail (please bare with me). Which scenario (#3/#4) is correct based on your proof!

#1 There is a 20% max cap on Enhanced Effect per Tier level & Character level items.
#2 Explanation would be T3 max is 60% EE, and Rank 20 = 20% EE, thus cap is 80% (note: does this include overspawns as well?)

#3 i.e Question, if you are Rank 80 (80% EE for example using an axe) at level 1 that is an Overspawn with 80% EE, the damage is not increased outside of Stat(s) like Dexterity / Strength ratio?

#4 Or is there a break-point when Dex/Str is considered in this scenario?

EDIT: I voted on Popcorn time... I mean after reading what I typed out knowing what I wanted to explain and I still did not fucking understand it... mao

Hard capped at 80% no matter prof only thing that can bring the damage higher is stats str dex int

Now, this is something I can work with, Thank you for a decisive response.

EDIT:

so level 5 (Rank 80 axe) + 20% EE axe = 100%... this is based on the base damage of the weapon type, so, adding Str/Dex into the equation will increase damage output.

Thanks

Voted WTF are you on since this has already been settled in like I don't know, 2009? 2010? Earlier?

If you have 20%+ prof you will no longer gain anything more from having perfect items for the tier, anything above that will lower it by 1. At 28 dagger prof where I'm at, a 52%ee T3 dagger will have the same effect as one with 60%.

Not sure if you are asking something else though. If you have 80 prof, ee on a T3 weapon will not have any effect, but you can't even reach that level so it doesn't really matter :P

Oh, never knew that Overspawns were activated in 2009/2010 or so... thanks... so wtf are you on?

EDIT: hey look, I understand your post, I am trying to find out if the new Overspawns contradict the other coding.

An example would be level 1 using an overspawn Axe with 80% EE and the user having Rank 20 in Axes. So, is it 80% capped, or since it is an overspawn item that it increases to 100%?

It's wasted ee or prof

Does this mean Unspawns with anything above +20% extra EE for the tier renders the extra EE useless?

For example is T1 unspawn with 100ee actually only counting as T1 40%EE?

Edit: does this apply to all mods as well? T1 unspawn with 50 dex only counts 10 dex?

Wtf am I on? Go fuck yourself Rex.

I was not trying to be a dick with my response, the game has worked the same way for the last 10 years+ as far as prof adding to ee goes, so why on gods green earth would overspawns change this?

99.99% agree with you, the only thing is this... since the introduction of Overspawns (not Unspawnables) the coding may contradict 20% (remember, this is based on the coder and human error factor)

Yes

Agree with Newb here... Unspawnable items are basically irrelevant to my questioning since I am referring to Overspawns and their implementation to Ladder slasher etc.

Merry Xmas to you also... hope all is well.

Game etc yes, but introducing something with different coding could cause a conflict with previous coding, now I could be totally wrong, but then I am asking for verification... can you verify my question with 100% proof by trial / test or error? ... sorry bud... again I am not getting at you, but please explain to me that you are 100% certain based on your knowledge of coding and Ladder Slasher coding on PhP! Thanks... if you can not, that is all good, have a Merry Christmas and the best for the New Year for you and your family.
