Is the answer HELL YEAH?, the time I spend looking at all those fucking links is wasting my "click actions" playing Ladder Slasher.

So... would YOU like Paul or JSP coder to create something like an "LS Item Calculator" to compare what you have vs what is in trade topic?

EDIT: hmm, can not word it better... basically an Item COMPARISON Calculator that compare(s) items you currently have vs what is up for trade etc. This could be viewed by character class as well... etc

All the coding is there. The only thing that is required is the format in the "search" function vs what you are currently using.

e.g. @ level 15 you are using a Magical (level 5) 20 strength charm + Magical 19 str armor and 80% ee level 5 sword.
Now you see a Heal type charm (level 5) with 78% EE, 10 str, & 1% QD or + 1xx max life) which charm is better?

Decisions right, the calculator could benefit in this situation.

Needs tweaking imo.

Let’s say I have 150 ee 6 ml lvl 40 dagger for example. I want items with more ee and ml. Would your calculator look for another lvl 40 dagger posted for sale that has more ee and more ml? How far back in time will it look for this item? Will it only show me daggers or every item with both these stats? See where I’m going with this......

How old are the trade topics are you viewing using a calculator? What 10+ years old (aren't those trade threads archived and not accessible?)

I get your point, now do you get the fact that the Calculator is usable when searching CURRENT trade threads???

Once again, your definition of current is very vague. Most trade threads a month old or older are irrelevant. Most likely the item was already sold.

Now on the flip side of this idea, what if we could look for a better ee/ml dagger from every character/person in the game and have the calculator tell us that (for example) cartrack and izparagonzi has this dagger with higher ml and ee. This way you could message cartrack and/or izparagonzi and see if they want to sell. (This might be more difficult I don’t know shit about coding)

If using this calculator... you can do exactly that. My post is for general trading for trade topics instead of searching the profile of a user and their current items.

Hey... if you want to use it that way... all good, it should work, but then it is dependent on the user that you are viewing (profile) whether they want to trade or not... basically it will still work.

Voted yes because I was thinking it would be neat to see how things compare without having to deal with all the math.. One day Ill probably just build a spreadsheet to do this for me.
