i woulda insta clicked that dagger, ya know... just incase it didnt get clicked.... and if it happened to roll me as person who got it and if i agreed to the rules whoever item it is get the drops... i wouldnt keep it, but i would throw a 5% tax on it to transfer

I'll explain the situation a bit from what I can remember.

He lied about how it went down.
I never agreed to let him have the drops. Thats why I asked for the s/s in that thread at the time.

He had been flaming me and a member of my family the day before. He ended up in a random group with me the next day.
He wanted to stop and well at like level 69 or 70 and I wanted to keep going to MQ. Runs were generally much slower back then and I wanted to be done.
So like I said, I didn't agree to let him have all drops and he threw stuff in anyways. A great dagger dropped so of course I instinctively clicked it.
Picking up items is not against the rules.

He is locked and I have had zero incidents since then.

It was almost a decade ago.
Time to move on.

The rule is whomever drops the item in the well it's their item.
