So I've been playing this game a little bit and it really seems like being in a guild is a gamechanger. The leveling is way faster in a group and u pretty much need a guild for that.
who are the noob friendly guilds?

Storm is a very friendly place, not sure if they accept ppl atm tho.

Guilds are important, but investing a bit of your own fg to upgrade and build gear sets is moreso. Groups' primary goal is to climb to 71+ so you'll need gear from level 1-55 to use.

You were with our group on your char Samp, and you saw how fast a group can kill and lvl up, as well as the group inter-action.
So yes - being in a guild is a great benefit, especially if you intend to climb relatively rapidly.
I suggest you join as many group climbs as you can so you can make yourself known and have a chance to impress people with your play style.
This will increase your chances of being accepted into a guild when you make an application to join.
I am not going to recommend any one guild over another, other than to advise you to check out groups
and draw your own conclusion as to teamwork, communication, player assistance and answers to any questions you may have.

Just be cool with everyone and do your best in group climbs. Sometimes you'll get to do a few in a row and sometimes you'll be kicked if one id the groups friends/guildies get online; but don't take it personally

This is an item dependent game. Guilds don't change that much. You have to work to get the items you want and get good enough to be able to hold your own in group climbs.
