Actually none of them are correct, the QD Max = 21 iirc (could be more)

This one should have the correct QD
But the life/mana regen is wrong instead

I mean, right away, 3% QD at tier II is already overspawn, so that one's definitely wrong. I based my factor on highest QD drops with IDs correlating to the time period when overspawns were not possible and well past the time period during which unspawns were possible, before the rewrite allowing ML to create overspawns. I did not encounter any XIV QD items reaching 21 QD, but it wouldn't make sense for 21 QD to be possible without overspawn unless QD were to operate without a single factor per tier like every other property... Ragnarok's chart bases QD values on an assumed factor of 1.5. It was just a guess, but it was wrong.

Nic, if you know of an item with 21 QD, I'd like to see the ID. If it is from a time when overspawn was not possible, that would be strong evidence against what I'm saying here, but I highly doubt that's the case.

Someone found one not too long ago, but im pretty sure that was without ml, maybe not i cant remember who found it and where it was posted

So July 2020 (Dagger) when Overspawns were available to spawn? Is that what you are saying?

EDIT: When did Overspawns or ML come into effect? ... Well it is October (3 months after that item was put on MP), but when was it found / created? Was it during the time Overspawns were introduced... shall we take a gander at that now...

Magic Luck can now create an "overspawn" item v1.30.4 Released! by njaguar on Aug 1 2018 01:20am ... so now you can look at it.
