v1.27.0 release notes
- Ice Mastery can now spawn on items
- Fire Mastery can now spawn on items
- Lightning Mastery can now spawn on items
- Earth Mastery can now spawn on items
- Wind Mastery can now spawn on items
- Element Mastery stats will increase the damage of that particular element, as well as increase your elemental resistance against damage taken for that element.

before the nerf the hm added the % to the healing power. so before the nerf you would have had a 50% stronger heal
Doesn't that imply the same #'s he questioned? (other than Capped enhanced effect)
Capped EE for level 10 is 120%, so you are saying that if your charm has 50% EE, and you have 80% Heal Mastery, the maximum heal capacity is 120% ... so how does intelligence come into this?EDIT: saw your posts after my time typing this.
