If you're anything like me then you're a patch note reader. The guy who loves to read over patch notes to see all the details changed.
Kinda just repeating a lot of the patch notes but with some oomph:



Window locations and sizes will now save ... how long has everyone been complaining about this one?
Equipped items are distinguished from unequipped. Another thing people have been wanting for a long time.
Group settings can now be edited by the leader after group creation- How long have we been waiting for this one? Remaking group for guild only or bring in a lower level has always been super annoying but now you don't have to leave your map behind WOOOOT!
Group leader now has a crown. Yet another really useful thing!

Essence upgrading via suffusencing is huge. It opens up a whole new grind without needing to add another skill. Makes the skill much more useful now as a stand alone skill. This means a new ladder to be contended as well as it's a relatively neglected one by players due to its previous quasi oxymoronic useless utility.

Heavy weapons reroll now goes with heavy weapon attack speed buff from rewrite. This will definitely add to game play diversity Gunslinger so happy.

Market search, Vault and Ladder no longer will give blank screen when performing 2 clicks in quick succession. Before you would click the ladder or vault and then click "search" or another button and it would just give you an annoying blank screen. Now it loads automatically after a second. This is AWESOME! It makes browsing the ladder and sifting through the vault much less frustrating. 9/10 QOL


You can now relist items on market without having to take them down. That saves a lot of time and flood control stress. You can also see how long an item has been up.. That helps give perspective on potential purchases! Nice. Market so much smoother.

You can now drag items into inventory or equipment slots (note: NOT equipped gear slots). This was particularly annoying trying to remove things from your vault and having to drag an item several times to no avail. Now it's so much easier.

Personalized Vault tab names- AWESOME

Added message Log window tabs- less chat spam, more personalization! YES

We can copy and past CHAT LOGS AGAIN FINALLY!!!!

Red line for lifesteal Dashed line for damage return. This is pretty awesome and definitely more things going on and it makes both more desirable stats again :D . New baddass animations for some monsters.

Maze so much easier to drive now that you can see exactly where you are!!! Probably biggest QOL update for people who like to explore.Turning also less likely to spawn monsters WTF? YESSSSSS

No more .00000000000000000001 fg haha and I'd assume no more 12 minutes 59.48488888888 seconds on glyphs as well

Item drop box looking more sleek.

HOw's moblie lookoing guys? I know a lot of people would prefer to go mobile but said it was too easy to shrine your own gear and wasn't easy to handle.

He fixed the bug where you click on an item and then f5 or leave group and the item persists forever. RIP

He also fixed invisible well bug that made us question for years whether invisible wells were better than visible ones.

he fixed the jubilance glyph bug in town!! :D

Definitely "Maze never fades + turning is easier"
Exploring more satisfying and more forgiving for mess-ups and it's a bit harder to get lost (before you could make a mistake get into the fight and not really know for sure where you were).

Honestly pretty solid QoL changes everywhere. Best update.

So much easier to drive now. Half the times because the map would disappear when monsters spawned you would be unsure which square exactly you stopped at and which direction you were facing. This will improve driving smoothness for everyone with less annoying errors + turning has lower chance to spawn monsters so that just makes driving EVEN smoother. WIll make exploring even more enticing and slightly faster. WOOT! The vault and market flood things were pretty annoying as well as the ladder. Now you just click what you want and wait a second instead of having to spam click :D .

There's 2 main things u do in LS besides skilling and chatting.

Explore or whistle. Explore just got a hella lot more enjoyable and new animation and monster abilities make you more engaged and curious.

cool about the enigma jubi thing works now, i guess.


However, if i could only pick 1 thing. Id go with more customizing of your vault. Not big deal on a melee class but help with caster. No more mixing up fish stacks either.

Pretty much everything is a nice QoL improvement, but I think my favorite is the animations. Helps a ton when I'm soloing knowing when specific immune mobs are actually immune, also has helped me clear up some of the mechanics that other mobs are currently doing.

probably the immunity / essence upgrade

I am somewhat sad there is still no fix whatsoever to item slots, though

it's just unfeasible to hit rank 65 with fishing as it is right now, without trashing like 30% of your fish at the high ranks (even in a well)

this is what I'm on about btw:



edit2: the last case at 69 probably never happens due to there not being any level 60 fish, but the one at rank 64 would, meaning you have to throw 3 full tiers worth of fish, and 3 of 10 being 30%, so I guess I wasn't that wrong with my initial statement

edit3: if it cut off a tier every 10 instead of 15 ranks, the issues would start occuring at rank 64
