For some reason on my phone when I try to select a key and drag it to the door it doesn’t. It just layers one key on top of another.....

Prob just log out and try again

have u tried to click a key and then click the door? without dragging, I have never tried playing on phone, maybe it works like moving items etc, worth a try ^^

I got it to work by turning the phone sideways and slowly clicking each key until it went to the door lol.....not normal but hey it worked =)

Did you try double tapping on the key?

Have you tried not playing on mobile, that usually works.
