Please explain or refer to guide.


1) How to transmute items? I keep trying and for some reason it doesn't work...I know it's self-explanatory but I tried two identical charms, and it didn't do anything.
2) Is transmuting the best way to make a good EE wep? (something I really need)

You need to be prepared to dedicate 50% of your playing time for 3+ years.

Mainly:

1 - Put a single item to transmute: you will extract an essence if success.
2 - Essence + item of the same tier will bring a random stats item of the same kind as output.
