Triple life regen rolls on items.
Make life leech work like it did before but cap the rolls much lower.
Lower the range on life per kill and life per attack and unweight the rolls so that max life has equal chance of hitting as minimum.
Lower the chance of mastery rolls on items.

Make all changes retroactive.

#1 (triple regen) ... No... argument is simple, current Regen gear would be too powerful and overpriced for just a crap mod.
#2 (life leech) ... personally, it is a sound idea, but as stated previously, people that have that gear from ages ago only benefit.
#3 (lower lpk / llpa) ... don't fully understand? Are you talking about the MAX #
#4 (lower chance of mastery rolls) ... hmm, only thing I can consider here is the "Mod(s)" like Fire, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Ice & Heal. If that is the case I have a null vote on this.

I like the ideas, maybe a little bit of the other opinions that are helpful will make some of it happen. Null vote for now (even if there is no Poll) :P

0.5 regen / lvl + 0.5 regen / vita would be more fair imo : P
(same could go for mana regen)

Would be nice to merge masteries into one stat.

@ bolded: Made this suggestion when it was introduced and when it killed (nerfed) Heal Mastery. On top... if you Merge "Elemental" mastery (earth, fire, wind, lightning & ice) together would be more acceptable, but, do NOT include Heal Mastery in my opinion as it is NOT an attack charm.

Merging; Earth, Fire, Wind, Lightning and Ice to "Element Mastery" would be more effective and also increase the chance of finding better items as well as giving a bit more fluidity to builds.

My suggestion is to make no changes at all. With all them complaints the community will more likely get the game or events shut down.

Paul has never had a problem with suggestions or constructive criticism, if he decides to shut the game down it will not be because people had ideas.

"For every 25 stat points you have in vitality, you gain +1 to Life Regen."

It would be great to have this adjusted so that far fewer stat points are required to gain the passive +1 to Life Regen.

Include Intelligence to this and the Mana Regen.

Would be better if the +1 to Regen was increased to +2 for every 25 stat, otherwise it would be overpowered the other way around.

EDIT: Reducing stat basically reducing the use of Regen gear (even though I think they are useless and only for those that think this game is on speed)
