As the title suggests, so is there a benefit to playing it or is it a 'time vacuum'? I played a little bit of it up to lvl 3 and seemed like fun so far.

It has a nice community and it's always good to join a guild and climb the ladder with fellow guildies while chugging down beers. Also, by being in a guild it can give the guild "guild points" when you achieve certain things (I don't feel like spoiling it)

But yeah you can consider it a time vacuum like most games, but if entertainment is gained from it, it's not really a waste is it

Yeah I was recommended the forum by a friend and I can see the allure of it. ( Though not just for LS, mind you.. )
It's a nifty little game though, even if I'm unsure if I'm playing it right.. :wacko:

Check out the character build and discussions forum for helpful info. Then check out the market to give you a basic idea of what people buy/sell/look for. And don’t be afraid to pm someone for help as well. Most of us bark but we don’t bite...

Welcome ! Let's see if you like it. There's a lot more to the game than meets the eye but you'll have to get higher and in higher classes to find out.

I can see what you mean, the game seems really basic but its grown on me quickly
