Making a thread asking a very nooby question to make yourself appear more like an innocent new member instead of a multi isn't going to fool anyone with half a brain.

According to the portal,

+ Magic Luck Increases the chances for higher stats on an item drop.

I'd say it means higher stats, but some seen to think this means more stats/rarity which doesn't make sense as that would say, chances for more stats. But yeah, depends who you ask.

ahh I see. asking because I found a wild charm with +2 of it and thought about using to find better stuff.

Yeah, it does both things. In the portal it only says that it can increase the roll of the stats, but the effect of increasing the “rarity” or magicality of the drops is so profound that it is widely acknowledged.
