So currently solo exploring down 4 trap doors. Does going down trap doors do anything in your opinion except make the monsters harder?

Trapdoors are fun because it makes the game harder but only because of that. If you get fun from loot or efficiency you'll get none of it.

Voted no, but not because I think the trap doors aren't cool. No because, generally odds are you won't

Item levels also go up so you can find things above your level, if you are over 55 no real gain.

If you continue going further down the rabbit hole....eventually you will find Alice in Wonderland. Or maybe you fight Chinese monsters....=)

Doubt it but if you are lowers level you can find high tier items than you should be normally
