If i have more then 20 items on sale in mp, i have to pay the fee upfront, but if the item is not selling, do i get the fees back?

Nope! If you pay fee upfront then you risk the fee. On the plus side, there is no limit to the number you can list paying the fee upfront

Edit: try to make sure the items you are listing have a chance to sell for the 20+ fg that you will have to list them for to pay the fee upfront. Otherwise, you are just donating fg to the forum bank
