Hi all,

I am pretty new to Ladder Slasher. Currently reached lvl 21 and I am still getting lvl 5 or lower gear mostly in catacombs is that normal?
I just found one lvl 20 weapon but for another class. The other items I have found so far are all for lvl5.

And a fight against one mob takes really long, how can I increase my damage?

you usually find items with lvl req 15 lvl lower than the monsters you fight. usual mobs have your lvl, eps are slightly stronger and maps are different again.
if you want something on your lvl, you need to grind it out to use it on the next climb or visit the market place

thx, good to know, so I need to be pretty lucky to find a lvl 20 item, when I fight lvl 21 mobs.

i don't know if this is even possible. i don't play this game since some years now^^ current players may give further insight on this

This is a bit outdated. Paul brought down the level of monster needed to drop tiers by 10 levels with the rewrite. In the past you needed to be around lvl 28-29 to drop a lvl 20 item in solo... now you can drop a lvl 20 item at lvl 18-19 in solo mode. In multiplayer you can even be a few levels lower
