So I'm still trying to learn whats the best kind of stats to look for in items ect.

It seems battleaxe's ect. would be by best barb as a Barb.

What kind of stats should I look for?

Str?
Armor Pierce?

Also is EE equivalent to enhanced damage in D2. IE; EE = damage dealt.

Also, the two charm slots, are those effects passive? So when equipped I gain those stats?

By swapping charms I know that the "Charm" slot is passive. So why the second slot? So I can quickly swap between the two?

Yes, EE increases the damage on weapon, and defense on armor.

I personally prefer to go +str (or dex, depends on weapon) on armor at low levels (up to level 15 or so),
and for charm, always +str or +dex (again, depends on weapon).

At mid to high levels, I swap to armors with EE. I find this works the best.

Battleaxes are nice, but very expensive. Clubs are cheapest, and staffs are second cheapest.
