How about an item filter you can choose to active and customize each magical stat to drop as a different colour (Only like 4-5 options)
Could mark EE, Str/Dex/Int, Crit/QuickDraw, MindNumb/ManaSyphon, Max Life/Mana, and all the masteries/vit in red so you can quickly identify trash

It would be nice to see a map filter too!
