Elemental Mastery converts a percentage of melee damage to elemental damage.
Example: You deal 300 melee damage, you have 10% Ice Mastery, 30 damage will be Ice Damage and Melee damage would be 270.

Well, it would make it more useful other than increasing EE to respective charms and also giving a % to resistence.

Please state a reply to any pro, con or reasoning to your vote other than "stupid / dumb idea" without a proper reason.

I've had this idea before too. Would be helpful against the physical immune monsters.

Converting in Ls hell no... wouldnt change the problem in most cases wirh immun or healing mobs

I vote remove elemental masteries completely

Pros:
No more masteries
5 less garbage mods for items to spawn

Cons:
Paul will be pissy for the next few years because it means he admitted an idea he had was garbage.

Ahh... okay, Glyphs and essences are created by converting and also Transmuting.

The idea is based on making the mod more appealing, nothing more.
