guy comes in, comes right in cata, steals my dagger that drops, doesn't ask and leaves game.

As soon as he joined game he came right into Cata and about that time the monster was almost dead he took drop, I posted plz don't take my drops without asking me first if I need, He left game without say anything.

I understand you not wanting him to come in and take your wells, but it was worthless 50ee level 15 and you should have just pmd him this
On a side note, i will never play softcore with Besh!!@!

given the fact there's a high chance he is new, my guess is that he's unaware of rules of wells and was probably even unaware that was a well monster

I didn't have time to write, I was mid kill and I was trying to keep doom alive also healing him.

either or , I know if i would of took someone item and they said that to me, I would at least apologized before I left the game..

Check out his guild. The names, the guild motto, and whatnot. You can make a good judgment of his character from there. Not really a surprise that he’d do that.

Definitely not new to the game, but may not be clued in as to what is considered proper well manners

I strongly suggest that he be advised of this if he joins any more games, both by PM and in game
and if he grabs well drops again, he will most likely find it extremely difficult to join any cata games
