personally i'd prefer the "stairs" feature we used to have but it gives a different reason for those classes to be useful

I understand that, as I've played the game on and off for a decade. I'm saying as one of these detector classes the TD should be a clickable feature rather than solely being accessible through keyboard hotkey

Absolutely as playing mobile you can't go down tds. Absolutely should have a button to use using the mouse.

aha, i didn't realise that was what you meant. It wasn't entirely clear from your first post. I was thinking you meant replacing the TD with stairs basically.

I would fully support a clickable TD for detector chars.

Agreed. I slash mobile 99%of the time and its annoying not being able go go down tds

Yes to this, and a lot of examples of not having options for UI & controls
