New item: Drive token (maybe could be used on totems instead). It gives you X amount of time to move on the map without spawning mobs.

Paul should just fiddle with the Stealth numbers for EXPLORED area´s, so mobs doesnt spawn as frequently

bring back events... stealth event tbh. Also that no teleport event we had a while back was AMAZING... though I did vote yes for this. In general I think more items to the game would be great, there's plenty paul could do to spice things up a bit.
