Tl;dr when you are exploring and close to a well (like 2 spots on any direction maybe) make the game show a message saying something like “You hear the sound of water near”

I offered a similar feature about seeing objects in the 3d view; but Paul shot it down.

Anything to combat the dumb well update I’m all for. This would be a step in a positive direction or just revert the autistic change tbh

it’s not like they’re more beneficial, they still suck ass 200+++ wells just last night for example and not a sellable item Topkek either beef up the reward a little bit or just change it back.

I voted yes of course. Not sure why people wouldn't vote yes. Wells have been nerfed several times and slightly buffed recently. I don't see what would be wrong with a quality of life dynamic fun buff.
