Kline was selling some items in forums. He stated guildies come first. I placed bids on a few items and he tells me he will accept my bids as bin. I try to make contact with no response on forums or in game. I then notice his acct go up 8kfg ish and notice 2 of the items are now gone from his characters. One can ASSUME he sold them to a guildie. Only 3 of his guildies were on and 2 responded with the third suddenly silent but I see him posting bids as I write this. So if Kline did sell them after he posted to the entire community in a trade forum they were mine to BIN who is the bigger ass? Kline or person whom bought them after they can clearly see they were mine to bin? AND YES AM IM ASSUMING THAT PERSON IS BOB888 (DAN) whom I considered a friend... :fume: :mad:

You'll be fine. Also there is no etiquette and he stated guildies come first.

The thing that gets me is they weren't super to die for OP items especially for Bob888, everyone knows he has better. He also knows im just getting back into LS and need obtainable items with my limited FG. He saw the acceptance of my offers in thread by Kline and choose to be selfish. :wallbash:

He pmed me before he even made the thread. He said if I wanted anything to let him know. I gave him a list of items and we made a deal. I paid 8.5k for the items. I don't think I got anything cheap, that's for sure. Whether he set bins or not I don't know. I didn't bother to read through the thread. I went through each of his chars and made a list. I've gone through his chars many times in the past and have sent him several pms regarding his gear. Probably one of the reasons why he came on and decided to sell his gear and respond is precisely because of my pms.

I've gotten into this many times with many people. You yourself sold all of your gear to me a while back when you sold out.
After selling your whole account, you had a few more items ft like an overspawn dex lvl 10 robe. I didn't care. The deal was for the items on your account. I assumed you didn't have anything in your vault but it's fine. Is that being an ass?

I have bought many items in the past and sold them for the same price I paid because someone else was interested. Don't assume that just because you posted in a thread that the item is yours. Here I must state my case once again. I dare say a good reason why they are ft at the moment in the first place is because of me (I'm not the 1 and only factor).

I'm sure we'll work something out :) .

No drama queen I gave you all I had. No we will not work anything out. You know dam well I sent you several pm's and even in game and you wouldn't respond. I will not buy anything from you ever and will not climb with you ever. I have no time for BM traders who want to pilfer 200fg items for nothing more than greed of a resale. When will you realize this drama follows you around all the time... that you are the problem???!!!

I don’t think mizzo acted wrong there tbh.
Ítems belong to Kline and he can do whatever he want with them.
The earlier you realize how trading works in a small community and get over it the better.

For example, I was supposed to do a trade with Ttim for tank armors few days ago, had the DL running for 20ish hours and found out he sold to a guldie, triggered me but I understood he wanted to keep those tanks in guild, let it cold down and now we gucci

DL and an ACCEPTED BIn are totally different. The earlier you realize then perhaps your opinion would make sense.
