I have rented and expanded my vault. But I would like to return to the default size. May I let it expire and repurchase it at the lower size? Is there another way to do this?

When your vault expires, the required purchase would be the minimum needed to hold how ever many items are currently in your vault

Example:
Is you have 24 items, you will only be required to pay the 50 fg for a 25 slot vault

However.. if you have 26 items in there, you will have to pay 100fg for. 50 slot vault

Keep in mind that when you do not have a vault rental, You cannot remove items from your vault. You will need to take out the items early if you want your vault size to be lower when you re purchase

By your example of 26 items in vault and you purchase 25 slots @ 50 fg, you have to pay another fee to get the 1 item... what would happen if the person removes 5 items out of the 26 items in vault, would there be 21 items left or 20 items?

You will have to remove the 5 items from your 26-item vault before the rental fee becomes due.
You will then have 21 items remaining in vault, for which the fee is 50 fg for 25 slots for 30 days

Three people check into a hotel room. The clerk says the bill is $30, so each guest pays $10. Later the clerk realizes the bill should only be $25. To rectify this, he gives the bellhop $5 to return to the guests. On the way to the room, the bellhop realizes that he cannot divide the money equally. As the guests didn't know the total of the revised bill, the bellhop decides to just give each guest $1 and keep $2 as a tip for himself. Each guest got $1 back, so now each guest only paid $9, bringing the total paid to $27. The bellhop has $2. And $27 + $2 = $29 so, if the guests originally handed over $30, what happened to the remaining $1?

The fake cost of $27 includes the $2 the belhop tip. You cannot add the $2 again.

Gratz on googling the answer to a very old riddle. It was of course not a serious question. Rather subtly pointing out how izParagonzi posts tend to be nonsensical logical fallacies. Thanks for making me explain it so I look like a dick. Please be less dense in future. Thanks.

I did not need to google anything to answer your copypasta to make you look like a dick. You did that all on your own.

Trying to trick us with the 27 (28). Just read the story and there's no doubt 30 - 5 = 25 +3 = 28. DAMN MY MATH IS GOOD
