I have limited item space in my bag and I keep throwing away items to make room for new ones

Are there good stats I need to look for? Enhanced effect? Percent exp gained?

EE, str and dex are your bread and butter.

If you don't want to throw away items consider creating mules or buying a vault.

That guide you posted is hard to interpret
Are early level items worth anything?
I have a lot of level 3 items that’s look pretty good

Weapon:
Tier 3 with 50+ ee
Staff and dagger with int and 150+ mana

Armor and charm
Tier 3 with 15 str or dex or both str and dex for than 15 total
Tier 3 with 10+ str or dex and max life
Tier 3 intel with 150+ mana

Charm only
50+ ee with 150+ mana / mana per kill or attack

What’s the point of getting good low level items when people will outgrow them quickly? Are there low level pvp? By the way thank you everyone

in ladder slasher when you reach level 71 ( higher for later classes), you can attempt the master quest. regardless of wether you pass or fail your character will return to level 1. so you will always have a need for the low level gear again.

as far as good stats basically the shortest way i can say is this
15+ str/dex/int
60+ enhanced effect

Magic luck/ extra equipment slots in higher numbers. after a while of playing you will get a feel for the max rolls for any given tier.
