Staves + plates are impossible to use at the same time . Every other combination of weapons and charms can be used except this. I wish there was a character in which I could use both my staves and my plates lol.

Probably because staves you actually need some range of motion to fight efficiently. You arent just clubbing them with the staff... youre going super crazy martial artist mode

Right but a plate + dagger makes sense then or a plate + any other heavy weapon. Daggers require precision. Nn justifications, let's not make up lore , iso solutions.

Daggers dont require as large of a range of motion. Think about the size of the weapon... a 4-5 inch blade or a several foot long rod of wood. Which would you expect to require more freedom to move?

Solution: Buy a better weapon class. Staff/swords < Everything else

Saying that plates shouldn't ever be used with staves defended by a logic of made up lore to justify the game's current state doesn't help.
