I liked daggers and scale armors. Both can be used by this class and the next class

If you pass the final master quest on a starting character you unlock samurai. Then unlock paladin.

Rouges are good, but imo I like barbarian with swords for starting. With swords you can play starting class, Sammy, paladin. With daggers you would need a new weapon set for paladin

Unless you plan on buying a gear set before playing, I would suggest stating a 100 Vitality on a Barbarian and welcome to LS!

I will not be purchasing gears for right now as I have no idea what to buy. I definitely will keep this in mind thanks!

You can always start without buying stuff too. Then you get a feel for what’s going on.

Start up a barb, and buy a tier 3 weapon with some enhanced effect for 1 fg. And start whacking stuff in the catacombs. You’ll figure out what you want to

even if you dont plan on spending much you should spend at least a few fg..

look for enhanced effect clubs or swords (for barb) and str armor / charm.. (also upgrade your armor every 10 levels for more defense, huge help) you can also get enhanced effect on your armors for more tank

alright thanks for the advice on the items / price on them much appreciated! I think a barb is winning by a long shot. I only wanted to see what there was because i saw Stok3d's video on youtube and he said to choose a fighter as it's cheap and efficient.
