I apologize for the post I been trying to look.

I am unable to find who's post it was that states the maximums and minimums for spawning stats on an item.

Example:
How much strength on a III item.
How much jubilance on a XIV

also.

What is the definition of overspawned (in terms of magic luck)
And term definition of Unspawnable?
I believe unsoawnable is from an old write and it"over spawned" stars above an items "maximum". These stats also are not beneficial and do not provide additional benefit above the stats current maximum.

Example

1050%EE III sword.
You only benefiting from 60%EE as per the EE max..

As for your over spawn question, yes, EE cap effects overspawn EE items.

The term "Over-spawn" is more often referring to an item that has spawned since these stat properties came into effect, there exists items that exceed these maximums on hardcore ladderslasher, which came to be long after the changes were made. A level 5 earth charm with 24 strength for example

An "Unspawnable" is something we just won't see anymore.

LPK/LPA/MPK/MPA may or may not be capped also. I'm not 100% sure which others it effects.

overspawn items with higher stat than usual allowed based on game mechanism for example 15 EES item when maximum standard stat was 14 EES and it was effect of very high ML but as far as I remember it was patched soon after discover (if I'm not right correct me)

item from earli stage of LS when there wasn't any correlation between tier of items and maximum allowed stat = very rare and most of the time ultra expensive

about ee as far as I remember effective amount of usable force is stat one tier above so when you will buy unspawned sword T2 with 100 EE it will count maximum as tier 2 sword with 40% standrd EE + 20% additional EE so in short wort you will be using 60% EE T2 sowrd but .. if you will have +10% in sword prof it wont be 40% +20% +10% maximum capp over is +20%

yes LPK/LPA/MPK/MPA is capped as far as I remember to standard tier stat

"overspawns" up to 2 tiers above normal stats have been turned back on (available with magic luck) if i read the update thread correctly.

along with all the comments so far - as far as I am concerned, the minimum on every stat is 1. 1 LPK, LPA, life, mana, dex, str, ee etc.
