Does the EE on a heal charm in the ACC effect the heal? or since its ACC is it its base heal alone?

I am under the impression that Hypothetically my fighter... I would want a.. Strength/vit/ what ever... stat charm in my active spot, and any charm in my Acc. the stats on it does not apply to me?

Only ee matters in Acc slot. Other bonuses do not apply.

So yes, generally on a fighter you want a strength charm in your main slot and in your accessory slot (if you choose to use an accessory charm) all you really need is a heal of the appropriate level with ee.

Yes it does but there's a 25% penalty on the EE being in the acc slot. 100ee charm would produce like a 75ee charm.

Yup, this is true also, with 1 slight clarification.

The penalty is 25% of the total damage or healing of the charm in accessory slot, not 25% of the ee. Therefore a 100 ee charm in accessory slot actually acts as a 50 ee charm. A 200 ee charm would function like a 125 ee charm in terms of damage or healing done.

It will, however, also cost 75% of the MP per cast written on the charm, rounded down. So a lvl 55 charm (MP cost 109) will cost only 81 mana when cast from the accessory slot :)

No that's not correct you can test the healing using a focused heal and it works out to 75% of its healing power when in acc slot. It's -25% of it's efficiency after the base type, ee are factored in. We can use a 100ee focused, no mastery involved, and have enough missing life to not be topped off by the heal to see the full range.

Yeah just did another test using a 60ee heal in main and in acc. did 10 in each for a small sampling but should be a reflect of a larger sampling. I got 358 total in heals in main then 268 in acc. That's right on 75% the amount it did in main. So the rule of -25% in acc still holds true in current version.
