Not a lot of people playing hardcore so it may be difficult to find players to play with.

Should I switch over to softcore..?

Are items worth equally as much on SC?

right now they are PRETTY close considering there is hardly any market in hc atm lol
maybe you can play both! nothing wrong with that but yes, finding groups is much much harder on hc until you find a set group of people to plan it out with

I mean the group part is, but the item part is far from reality

it is for more avg stuff I know I don't play hc that much but I bought all my mediocre gear for actually cheaper than I woulda paid on sc LOL
but then other things like fish are much more expensive hehe
and maybe not for stuff like the lvl 50 staff ft but ya know... gl finding that item ^^

[edit] people lately have underestimated how high prices are on sc atm... highest they've been in quite a while imo thanks to all the rich new guys

Alot more ppl playing sc/alot more groups then hc.
But if you jump in a group on sc as a new player looking for help 9/10 they will kick you.
Hc is much more friendly and alot funnier then sc, and all they do a sc is whistle anyways such a waiste of time

And also the whole kicking thing doesn't happen that often anymore unless it's somebody who really just doesn't try. If you click, you stay usually with all the people I play with. In fact 9/10 I will say fuck off to a whistle invite just to help the ones with no gear whistling literally makes the game not a game anymore imo. I do it to entertain certain people's requests but I don't enjoy it at all.

[edit] don't get me wrong though I prefer to play hc and I tell everyone I play with that. I'd play it more often if more people jumped aboard but soloing 100% of the time gets old huhuhu
