this might sounds like a completely stupid question, but i got this map below and wanted to check something:

Rare rawhide volcano map
Use Item to Receive Effect

Quantity: 1
+1% Guild Point


does this mean if i finish the map i get a +1 Guild point or i have a 1% chance of getting a guild point?
also anyone know if its worth anything?

you have 1% chance to recieve 1 guild point when you finish the map.

some people pay like 5 fg for such maps

oh i thought so but wanted to double check
