For such a thing, you should give the name. It will encourage that person to do it again if they don't have to give it back / aren't exiled for it

you're not helping the community out by keeping it a secret. Sometimes people click on wells accidentally. (I've done it and sent item or fg to the person) did you give them a chance to look/make it right?

[edit] it sounds to me that someone was taking advantage of a new player, wrongly assuming that you weren't up to date on the general well rules around here.
