not a good example but id like to discuss this it litterally just happened to me but with a lvl 10 robe i was wearing disappeared
so been using firefox and then it freezes boom locks me out now ls wont load with firefox at all so i login using chrome and lets me in and my robe is gone any ideas of whats going on?

Those are different situations, leaving a fishing rod in the fishing slot is a known issue. It is the same as fishing, going to town, u auto lose rod. Same way with transmuting, if you transmute and then close the transmute window you auto lose the item.

not sure what happened in your case but it definitely is unfortunate

What were you doing prior to failure fox crashing on you? Were you control clucking an armor, dragging one or something similiar? There is nothing else that would remove your armor since you HAVE to wear something else. Try pming Paul, he should be able to look at the specs if you have the time frames.

when i logged back on my tier 3 armor was back on me just looking to see if this has happened before

Was there a rollback? Is your lvl10 item on a mule or wherever?

Other than that, I wouldn't know, or heard of this happening.

I couldnt find any V robe on his acc. Could be in his vault if he even uses that.

My guess is he lagged out and had a rollback. Happens now and then

The item came from a guild mate a little prior to this. It did not roll back on to his account

would have needed this info in first post. that changes quite something.. In that case i would contact njaguar with exact info of date, item and accounts. Rollbacks can happen but since 2 accounts were involved there might be something lost.

I had like 2-3 Rollbacks in all these years, never lost anything but sometimes items are back on the mule/vault, sometimes you also relog some levels lower, ofc with wrong gear on.

That would most likely be an issue with the item disappearing. I would have to agree with sp_patl on contacting Njag about this.
