I go to LS page, click play. Pops up the new window, when i click login as myself it does nothing

does it say disconnected in bottom left?

It does not, I am using Googlechrome with the most up to date version

try useing another type of browser like Firefox

Edit: i went to the portal to try and log in and it did NOT work
