How does the acc charm work? Do the benefits help at all (intelligence, vitality, critical, etc.) for my main charm if I don't want to use the acc charm at all? The guide on LS page wasn't too clear

or if meele u can keep a damage charm to make those monsters be able to meele again

Accessory charm is primarily used for heal charms. The only stat that is active in that slot is Enhanced Effect, but there is a 25% penalty on said charm. ON the other hand, it reduces the casting cost on attack/heal charms as well.

Amother point to mention is that it can be really helpful for off class casting with int charmsbut it's not really used anymore. Also some people use it at starting levels for attack charms if they run out of mana too fast
