Not sure if you're aware or not, but by using 1 ML on ur gear (main slotted, not accessory) you have a chance to get a overspawn (max ´+1 tier) so if we talk simple terms a t1 item can spawn 20ee, but if u have ML on you have a chance to make that 40ee.
But it can however not move +2 tiers above, only one. There's 1 item in existance that breaks these rules but it's not posible anymore :)
Thanks, I saw that from previous posts. I've been putting on ML at earlier levels, but haven't come across anything good yet.
