I know 60-70 stat points is a lot, but you are pretty much guaranteed to be an alchemist (no weapon)
The median extra points you should get are up to +12 extra on wl, +24 extra on hh and I guess +96 on alchemist? But you have to keep in mind that this is assuming you would be the only alchemist in the game with 900 mqs, that will statistically never happen :D. When you're competing with all the rest of the alchemists in the game, you need to collectively do 720 on average for a random one of you to reset.
So while +60 points will definitely be possible, that will only work on alchemist in some weird scenarios.
I agree with Nic though , we've had some shorter seasons where people are active and still reach 400-500 mqs so things can be adjusted
A few extra things to think about:
1. On average, you would be headhunter by the time you get +12 extra points. And by the time you get to +24 extra points
on hh, you should be unlocking alchemist.
Headhunder needs +20 stat points (15 for int, 5 for vita) to match a monk's stats when offcasting. I think in 2026 almost everybody goes 40 vita in a whistle climb that goes to 83-85, so you do need that 5 points for vita. Which means that by the time your headhunder starts becoming a better offcaster than a monk (20+ points) you should statisically be unlocking alchemist. Someone will always be unlucky and get stuck or get stuck on wl.
2. Also keep in mind that if your wl gets extra 25 starting points to put in int, that isn't even 10% extra int for any player in the game. You start with 95 int (with the 20 extra you put in int), you get to ~150 at 55, and 40 int staff + robe should be possible for literally anyone. So even if your wl gets extra 25 points (you need to be 5/310) that's barely a 10% boost to int to the worst player in the game. For people with better gear, that's not even a 10% int boost. And 10% boost to inteligene doesn't mean 10% dmg boost since charms have base dmg. So even if your wl gets +25 points, that just means your wl will be 5%? better than it normally would.
