Are these both considered mutables?

1)The angelic wind has +82 mana, but I'm certain we want EE on spells for it to be considered 'usable', am I correct in my thinking?


2)The godly focused heal II +8, is this sellable as a mute or just trash it/save it for my own proficiency progression?

3) In regards to transmuting (current level 3.5), I want to be looking for items that are T1 arcane - t3 mythical to progress to level 4 transmuting correct?

If anyone has the link for proficiency (muting) I must've lost it somewhere on my old laptop bookmarks. I'm trying to remember which mutables I need to mute in order to efficiently gain levels. I'm currently lvl 3.5 Transmuting and forgot which items I should be muting for efficient progress.
Any additional links are always appreciated! I know a lot of this info has been covered/answered before and I sincerely appreciate your patience reiterating it.

first one is definitely a muteable item if you have the level, if not you can throw it on the MP for 1fg and see if anyone will buy it....I know someone buys the VIII items I throw on the MP sometimes....the second one i'm not sure if someone would like it b/c it has so many stats for muting but for every day use, it's useless as well

as for selling items that are XI and higher, do a simple search on the MP to see what other items are selling for....like XIV +1 items show on the picture go for 17 but they are actually going for double that

you can definitely get 30+ from white 40s

alot of stuff ive undersold, hard to tell, but prices for everything have gone up with the years

people usually use a stat charm as the main and ee as accessory / the one they cast with iirc
