Hey guys,
played LS in HCseason 1-3 ... decades ago.
Found my way back and wanted to re-organise my chars - deleted some and now i cant create new HC chars (SC is possible).
I have a total of 10 chars, all hardcore - in the instructions, it says the limit is 16.

To create a new character, simple go to the Character Select screen, and click the Create button.
Next, choose the class you wish your character to be.
Then, choose a name for your character.
Finally, you can choose between softcore (default) or hardcore mode. Hardcore mode means if your character dies, even once, it will not be playable any further.

Am i lost in space or what is my fault?! in the past, i was able to create up to 16 chars and now it wont.
Do i need to unlock new spaces through attempting MQ's or so?!
Please give an oldschool LS-player an advise
