Haven't played in ~4 years and will be without family for next 4-ish months, thinking of getting back into this game.

If I recall, group climbs were the fastest way to level, still true? Are there high pop times of the day that would have open spots?

Not many group climbs on SC.

Usually a few at night.

Something that has changed since you've been gone:
Character creation is now limited to 8/8 per core.
So you will be unable to create any new SC toons

So in the past you were able to make 16 chars on same core?
