As title says. Does ml charms works when use it in 2nd slot? I see some people use that but most people seems not to use and go with a heal charm instead.

How i understand, ML not work on 2nd charm slot.
i also use ML charm on 2nd slot only because its faster to swap with main slot compared to pick it out from vault and put on if find well for example

E; currently im climbing HH and heal charm basicly does nothing to me on 2nd slot

No stats work on accessory slot other than ee

you see people put it in the 2nd slot to save room, although amusingly it doesnt save room unless you have a regen charm as well in inventory to allow you to swap all 3 around

What exactly does magic luck do?

Increases the chances for higher stats on an item drop.

Just for reference:

ACC slot (2nd slot) only adds Enhanced Effect modifier of the charm. Also, you are -(minus) 25% Casting Effectiveness as well as -(minus) 25% Mana Consumption when casting.
