I suppose the question is what come first exploring Catacomb or any Map Maze(s) Where +X Jubilance modifier is equipped during your climb from level 1 to 70 (71) with any other modifiers from Event(s) or other equipment worn.

Now since +X Jubilance gives you Experience points based on a Successful Hit Chance per Action (attack) vs a Monster WITHOUT killing that monster, there are a few questions that need to be asked:

#1: Is it only Melee or Cast damage, OR Both? ... Note: Even though +X Critical Strike works for BOTH melee / cast, Jubilance is constant to each successful HIT CHANCE.

#2: Does any +X% Experience Gain increase the amount of +X Jubilance gain when a successful hit chance occurs.

#3: Does +X Experience Cap gain increase the amount of +X Jubilance gain on the KILLING blow?

For myself, +X Jubilance is the main in the above sequence, however, I can see that +X% Experience Gain would come first and influence the +X Jubilance ... as for the Exp Cap... ???

Do I need a Poll? Does it increase run speed Solo / Group (does the driver having higher Level still influence lower level characters in the group run? Does a person that isn't driving the group catacomb with +X Jubilance gear out level the Driver that isn't using +Jubilance gear? Does the Abilities like Multistrike / Multicast give more Experience when wearing +X Jubilance gear with multiple successful Hit chances... etc, questions.

EDIT: I chose #2 ... +X% Experience Gain influences +X Jubilance.

#2: Oh, I hate using +X Jubilance... I have a +41 str Reg Heal with +5 Jub and haven't used it for years, I stick with my level 25 Wild with +37 Str... kinda weird aye... or most would say stupid.

you could just leave jubi gear on and leave it on if you have to afk for a while. Work, sleep, class, w/e

Hmm, you are not attacking while sleeping or afk... so nope, sorry that don't work... oh... you do mean they have to be IN TOWN right...not in cata where you get NO experience gain while afk / sleeping right?

I have done since Paul changed it in a previous update, however, I do NOT like leveling up faster, hence the reason I don't use my +41 Str / +5 Jubilance Reg Heal charm when climbing.

Maybe those that run in groups and want to increase their speed in runs should test it out... they can test all avenues since I don't play in groups.

EDIT: Thanks for the replies though, it made me think of one other thing I did NOT add into the equation... Alchemists online give an automatic +2% Experience gain (Core) in addition to other Alchemists and Event modifiers. 5 Alchs = 10% Exp Gain (online for everyone on that core, group or solo, it is universal), then add in an Event with +10% experience gain = 20% ... so if normally you had like +10 Jubilance equipped / glyph and got +10 Exp per hit just with Jub, and +20% exp gain would increase that to +14 Exp per successful hit check BEFORE monster is killed (it takes you 5 actions to kill monster = 70 exp points + the Monster Killed experience with an additional 20% experience gain = ???) ... oh... +5 Jubilance gives more than +5 Experience per successful hit.
