just for further clarification on NR1's post. getting above 280ee would only be possible when using magic luck, where magic luck gives a chance for an item to spawn 1 tier above their current tier's maximum. So without magic luck your 280 is correct
given only 1.2 billion items exist on softcore, chances are fractionally higher to get one than 1 in a billion i'd suggest, but probably not by much :rofl:
Was a bit more common to see 250+ back in the old days when there were less useless mods, which meant there were generally more mods of the stats you wanted. Still drop from time to time.
I'm 99% certain there used to be a 280ee regular robe in the past, but that is what? 2010 or earlier that it was removed
THen the next question is IF a max roll happens, is that the point where the ML kicks in to give a chance to roll it over to a overspawn or not

But yes, it was only more common for having way fewer stats in general to be posible. but the 292 is the first overspawn ever (t15 EE) and that is just 2 years ago or so?
