W A S D keys navigate the catas. I'd also strongly recommend spending just a bit of FG and greatly speeding up your process.

What do I need to spend fg on to speed up progress? I'm completely ignorant to this game! Please elaborate :)

is it efficient to hit the little button top left of the cata that takes you straight to an enemy?
