I'm thinking you are asking for a picture of the well when it used to be in town. But I'm going out on a whim here deciphering what you mean.

Guessing (doh) ... you are referring to a Map with +X# wells?

When you state "city", we think of the town with buildings (hence city).

Thus... the only conclusion is a Map (found after completing a catacomb) that MAY drop with the "writing" of +X# Well(s)
