Mosters spawned from a well are determined by item and it's Level.
Item stat reflects on monsters power.
Item Level = monster level

Oh yea so if the item in well is gonna have ee after you beat the monster.

You'll notice that monster rips your face off.

Item stats like ee the monster will show I guess is how I'd say it

Do you mean RNG of monster affix will apply to the item I throw in? Like if monster spawns with +Life if I kill my item will have +Life?

Pretty much, yeah

Most people find (using ee for best example)

An item they drop in the well that spawns EE on it after Kill. The moster had high dps/dmg (of wep or charm) or defense (if it was an armor)
