For the higher ranks, there is some inaccuracy (i know lvl 51 is is incorrect) but for the lower ones it seems correct.

no lvl 51 is totally correct
It's all the ones that say unique is max, which isnt true

To be able to do uniques on those ranks it's on every rank '2 and '7s
not 0's and 5's

Possibly. Im not that high myself (rank 23) so cant verify. Im just using info from dankekong in a previous thread.
